Message Sometimes projects are a little out of reach, not matter how much you want to complete them. With my personal experience aside (Which was a very lime green NA, that I planned to turn to a "beast" as well) It is safe to say that you've made the right choice. Good luck, and keep us updated on all your improvements. By the way, the most rewarding thing about restoring my most recent Z was to do the body work myself. Have your buddy help you, but get into the project as much as you can. I sanded, bondoed, primered, preped and sprayed my car on my first time ever doing body work. (of course I had a little bit of anthropological observation thing going on.) You won't regret doing the work yourself if you're capable. Every time I look at my Z I swell with pride because of my participation (200 hours over a month and a half). You'll also learn an extreme amount about the car doing all the work. Sounds like you're off to the right start. Best of luck.

Quinn
